Here's how to find your Amazon device's MAC address, pick your scenario below: Scenario 1: Currently successfully using this Amazon device on other wireless network (E.g on home wireless network). These directions may need to be repeated or varied depending on the status of your Amazon device, the status of your Alexa app install, and if your Amazon device was previously used on other networks. Since your MAC Address is not registered, you are not able to join the required wireless network causing a "catch 22" scenario. This can be difficult as you are required during the Alexa app setup process to connect to a wireless network before the Alex app will show the MAC Address. You must register your Amazon device (Echo, Echo Dot, etc.)'s hardware address (MAC Address) before it can communicate on Acadia-DeviceNet network. Due to the variables the setup of the Amazon device on Acadia-DeviceNet is considered to be advanced level, and may not be achievable by all users and/or devices.
